If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us within 3 months* either by ground mail or at any of our stores. You can choose to exchange the item or receive a complete refund, including any shipping charges. We will also refund your return parcel post costs at the ground mail rate.
To return your purchase by mail, fill out the reverse side of your packing slip (or use the downloadable form below) and include it with your return. Print a pre-paid mailing label using the link below, or contact Customer Service to have a label mailed to you. If there are any issues accessing or printing the Canada Post pre-paid return label, you may choose to pay for the return ground postage and we will reimburse you once your return is processed.
